These Terms and Conditions govern the ‘TamilsITSociety VIP Card’ Program (the “Program”) operated by or on behalf of Tamils Information Technology Society (the “Society”) and our relationship with members of the Program (“Member” ) Membership in the Program (“Membership”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions. (a) you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions (b) and you are eligible for VIP CARD.

1. BENEFITS 

a. You will be treated as a VIP client by our participating service providers or product sellers in Singapore.

b. Members might be given any discount for services provided or products purchased.

c. Members must not demand for special privileges or discounts. The companies have right to deny any discounts or privileges.

d. For any Member`s discount or other benefit to apply, the Membership account must be active and the card must be presented at the time of purchase.

e. Memberships are not transferable.

f. The Membership card has no cash value and cannot be converted into cash.

g. If you lose your Membership card, please contact us thru email or websites. We will charge a fee for a replacement card.

h. We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Memberships. Such information includes name, address, email address, and telephone number. Members can change their account information by updating Membership form.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEE
There is no fee to join the Society if you have submitted your TamilsITSS Membership form which has to be approved the Management Committee.

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
a. The initial term of a Membership shall commence on the date the Membership is submitted.
b. The card will be valid till 31.12.2024, unless you are no longer a member of the Society.

4. CANCELLATION; TERMINATION
a. You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. You can do so by sending an email: tamilsitsociety.sg@gmail.com
b. We may terminate any or all of the benefits available under this Member Program at any time with or without notice.

5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY USE OF THE PROGRAM AND ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED BENEFITS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TamilsITSS AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY "MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS") EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT
(i) THE MEMBER PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
(ii) THE MEMBER PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR
(iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU FROM YOUR USE OF THE MEMBER PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,

CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:
(i) THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE MEMBER PROGRAM OR ANY BENEFITS THEREOF;
(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED VIA THE USE OF THE MEMBER PROGRAM;
(iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR MEMBER PROGRAM DATA; OR
(iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE MEMBER PROGRAM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Singapore without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
These Terms and Conditions, including all documents referenced herein, represent the entire understanding between us and any user of the TamilsITSS VIP Card Program with respect to the Program and supersedes any other agreements, statements or representations. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms.

Any user of any portion of the Program is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of TamilsITSociety, which reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, conditions, benefits and services pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any change shall take effect immediately, unless otherwise provided.
