The Photo IDs with profile photograph and other additional Info will be printed on the Cards.

The size of the Photo ID is 70mm x 100mm.

The Photo IDs for Management Committee and especially appointed  Patrons will have Red Lanyard with the word 'Official' at the back of the Cards.

The Photo IDs for the Ladies Wing and Youth Wing (non-MC Members) will have Orange Lanyard with word 'Volunteer" at the back of the Cards.

1. BENEFITS
1.1 It is expected to identify and honour the MC members and the leaders of the Sub-Committees.

2. CERTAIN CONDITIONS
2.1 The Cards to be worn in the society's events/functions in proper dress code (long pants and long sleeves for males - unless Official T-Shirts are to be worn).
2.2 The member representing in external Meetings /Forums /Discussions to be worn by the members.
2.3 The back of the Card (Official/Volunteer) should not be shown to others if they are attending events organised by other organisations.

3.  COST OF THE CARDS
3.1 Individual has to pay $10 per ID. The ID will be kept by the members as souvenirs at end of the term.

4. MEMBERSHIP TERM
4.1 The valid date of the Cards will be  end of the current year or end of his/her term whichever earlier.

5. CANCELLATION; TERMINATION
5.1 The Photo ID are not to be worn at events and functions if the member had been removed from his appointment.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
6.1 A Google document has to be submitted by the member to acknowledge the Terms and conditions for the Photo IDs.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1 Authority to wear the Photo IDs and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of TamilsITSociety, which reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, conditions, benefits and services pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any change shall take effect immediately, unless otherwise provided.
